Contact

Corrections are the most useful message we get. If a torque figure, a price band or a compatibility claim on this site does not match what the manufacturer publishes, send it with a source and we will fix it.

Used only to reply to you. See the privacy policy.

For a correction, include the model, the figure you believe is wrong, and where the correct figure is published. That is enough for us to act on it.

What to expect

This is a small site, so replies come from a person rather than a queue. Corrections with a published source are usually the fastest to action, because there is nothing to research. General questions about which wheelbase to buy are more likely to be answered by a page than by an email, so it is worth checking the wheel and wheelbase database and the reference charts first.

What we cannot help with

We cannot provide warranty support, repair advice or returns handling for any manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Logitech, Thrustmaster, MOZA, Fanatec, Simagic, Simucube, Asetek, Next Level Racing, Playseat or any other brand named on this site. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. For hardware faults, contact the manufacturer directly.

We also cannot give engineering or installation advice for a specific rig. Direct drive wheelbases produce real force and rig frames carry real weight, so anything structural or electrical needs a qualified person who can see the installation.

Brands and partnerships

Enquiries about affiliate programmes, review units or sponsorship are welcome, with one standing condition: placement in a tier is decided on published specifications and price, and it is never for sale. We also do not publish claims of hands-on testing, because we do not test gear in person. See the affiliate disclosure for how the site is funded.
